At Broadview we offer several types of rooms to fit multiple needs and budgets. Each room comes with standard services that all Broadview residents enjoy at no additional charge:

• Housekeeping Services
• Weekly laundry & linen service
• All utilities, including cable, electricity and water
• Each resident has access to a refrigerator, sink and microwave

Semi-Private Rooms

Spacious rooms with private bath, individual closets. Each room two phone and cable outlets. Plenty of room for twin sized bed, dresser, nightstand, recliner and personal items.

Large Private Room- 275 Square Feet

Spacious room with private bath, 2 closets, phone hook-up and cable outlet. Room for double bed and a set up for a sitting area, sewing area, work station, or whatever the resident may desire.

Studio Room

Spacious room with private bath, 2 closets, phone hook-up and cable outlet. In addition, studios have a private kitchenette including sink, small refrigerator, cabinet space and microwave. Allows resident to prepare snacks, keep beverages and fruit in room for added sense of independence. The additional size of this room makes it ideal for a resident to use a decorative screen to screen off bedroom area from living area. Many residents will have a small dining table in kitchenette area to separate living spaces.

Two Room Suites

One unit contains a Large bedroom with closet and private bath with the addition of a separate, spacious living area. Wonderful natural light with magnificent views of Broadview grounds. Cable and phone hookups.

Studio Suite

This is a combination of a Studio and a 2-Room Suite. Large studio are typically used as the living space with kitchenette and the addition of separate bedroom. This room also contains two closets and a private full bathroom. (This is the newest addition in our suite of rooms.) Cable and phone hookups.

Bright Horizons

Each room has 2 large windows for lots of natural light, 2 closets, private bath in each room (shared by the residents in the room) same floor plan as the semi-private room on the traditional floor. Outside the rooms are shadow boxes that are individually created with the resident and the family to help provide a reminder for the residents residing in that space.

Broadview Activities

Physical and mental exercise are key to maintaining the vitality of our residents so at Broadview, every effort is made to involve them in activities such as exercise classes, Bingo, Word Search and Trivia, baking, bowling, etc. Some are daily activities, especially exercise classes, while others are offered several days a week.

In addition, we offer many special events: live entertainment, social hours, Mystery Rides, Art Therapy, themed movie nights and more. Weekly entertainment for the residents’ enjoyment lifts their spirits and the weekly field trips serve to get our residents out and about in the community.

Broadview also has the facilities to encourage our residents to explore and pursue their own individual hobbies and passions. The residents are more than welcome to tend the gardens on the grounds or spend time building a craft project with the materials in our activities room. We are committed to trying to accommodate the personal interests of our residents.
