      At Broadview Assisted Living, we are proud to be certified by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging & Independence (EOAI). As a Massachusetts Certified Assisted Living Residence, Broadview follows comprehensive standards established to protect residents' rights, dignity, safety, and well-being, while supporting personal choice, independence, and the ability to age in place. These standards are established through 651 CMR 12.00, administered by EOAI, and 940 CMR 40.00, the Massachusetts Attorney General's consumer protection regulations for Assisted Living Residences.
